Vincent Smith - General Manager
With 20 years of experience in retail marketing and business operations working for a FTSE100 company, there is no better person to help guide you in growing your business. Vincent has a transparent and straightforward approach to business management and is well placed to provide a top-down perspective of your business growth and overarching operational advice. Vincent spearheads the growth of the Refresh network in the UK and the team to help our franchisees achieve their business goals.
Marie Smith - Franchise Business Manager
With previous experience growing her own franchise business from scratch up to a profitable operation with multiple employees, Marie knows the franchisee experience inside and out, from a franchisee perspective.
With experience on both sides of the Franchise business model, Marie is well placed to help you with the macros of running your business. From Marketing and business plans, to lead generation and sales conversions, Marie will help guide you with regular catch ups.
Jude Sadler - Office Manager
With an extensive background in executive admin roles, Jude is the mechanism that keeps everything running smoothly. As a Refresh Franchisee you may not speak to Jude daily, but rest assured she is working away in the background ensuring that everything is scheduled, organised and efficiently managed.
Bryony Edwards - Content Marketing
With 15 years of experience in Content Creation, working predominantly with a major FTSE100 retailer, Bryony ensures that the website, google business listings and social channels are active and up to date. Bryony works with Franchisees on their bespoke website content to help drive lead generation.
